This Website is an informational showcase for our products and services — desktop applications, online & SaaS platforms, developer components and custom software. It is provided free of charge for browsing and for contacting us.

We keep this simple. This Website does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising or analytics profiling, and does not create user accounts.
- If you use the contact form, the name, email and message you enter are sent to us by email so we can reply. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and do not sell or share it.
- To protect the contact form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy- friendly “are you human?” check that does not track you across sites.
- Standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) may be kept by our hosting provider for security and operation, as is normal for any website.
3. Products, downloads & external links
Our applications, components and online services are sold and delivered through separate platforms (for example store.gardos-software.com and our SaaS sites). Purchases, downloads, trials, licences and subscriptions are governed by the terms and licence agreements presented on those platforms, not by this Website. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Website — text, logos, product names, images and design — belongs to Gardos Software or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share links to the Website, but you may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
